Bramhah Valley is a spectacular high-altitude trek located in the Kishtwar region of Jammu & Kashmir. This remote valley offers one of the most pristine and untouched wilderness experiences in the Indian Himalayas. The trek is rated as moderate to strenuous. It requires good physical fitness as you’ll be walking 6-8 hours daily at high altitudes. Prior trekking experience is recommended but not mandatory.
You should be able to walk continuously for 6-8 hours carrying a daypack (8-10kg). Regular cardio exercises and leg strengthening workouts for 4-6 weeks before the trek are highly recommended.
