Welcome to Xplore The Dreams (XTD). By booking or participating in our treks, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions designed to ensure a safe, transparent, and enjoyable experience for all trekkers.

1. Travel Itinerary

All itineraries are designed by XTD Mountain Experts. Timings and distances mentioned are approximate and may change due to weather, road conditions, or any unforeseen circumstances. Trek Leaders and Guides reserve the right to modify the itinerary in such situations.

2. Offers and Discounts

Offers and discounts announced by Xplore The Dreams are valid only on current trek costs. Bookings already confirmed before an offer launch are not eligible for the new discounts.

3. Payment Terms

• 20% advance payment at the time of booking to reserve your seat.
• Remaining 80% must be paid at least 7 days before the trek date.
• Failure to make full payment on time may lead to cancellation without refund or notice.

4. Price and Costing

All prices mentioned on our website are based on current rates. Xplore The Dreams reserves the right to update prices without prior notice. Quoted prices at the time of inquiry can also change unless booked within the given time period.

5. Cancellation Policy

• 25+ days before trek: 10% deduction, 90% refund as trek coupon (valid 1 year).
• 15–24 days before trek: 30% deduction, 70% refund as trek coupon (valid 1 year).
• 10–14 days before trek: 50% deduction, 50% refund as trek coupon (valid 1 year).
• Less than 7 days: 100% deduction (no refund).

All cancellations must be submitted in writing and confirmed via email. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.

6. Trek Voucher or Refund

Refunds are issued as Trek Coupons valid for 12 months. Coupons can be used for any trek or trip organized by XTD. To redeem, inform us at least 10 days before the new trek date. Cash refunds are only applicable if Xplore The Dreams cancels the trek or trip.

7. Date Change Policy

• Date change requests must be made at least 7 days before the trek date.
• First change is free; further changes cost 10% of the total amount.
• After a date change, the booking is non-cancellable.

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal data collected during booking is used only for trek coordination and support. This policy applies to online data collected through our official channels only.

9. Transportation

Vehicles are assigned based on group size (Bolero, Tempo Traveller, Innova, etc.). Trekkers are responsible for their personal belongings and must ensure nothing is left behind in the vehicle.

10. Pickup & Drop Locations

Pickup points are selected for easy access near railway or bus stations. A 30-minute buffer is given for delays. If you miss the pickup, you must reach the base camp at your own cost. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

11. Health and Medical Conditions

• Inform XTD in writing about any medical or physical conditions during booking.
• Smoking and alcohol are strictly prohibited during treks.
• Failure to comply may result in removal from the trek without refund.

12. Insurance

Xplore The Dreams does not provide insurance. We strongly recommend trekkers to obtain travel or adventure insurance independently. Our team can assist you in connecting with third-party insurance providers.

13. Complaints & Disputes

If you face any issues during the trek, inform your trek leader or email xplorethedreams@gmail.com immediately so that we can resolve them at the earliest. All company communications are shared in good faith and believed to be accurate at the time.

14. Governing Law

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in your local region or as decided by Xplore The Dreams.
