Kedartal Trek Itinerary (7 Days)

Day 1 – Dehradun to Gangotri +

Drive from Dehradun to the holy town of Gangotri (11,200 ft) via Uttarkashi.

A long but scenic drive alongside the Bhagirathi River.

Overnight stay at a guest house in Gangotri.

Day 2 – Acclimatization Day in Gangotri +

A necessary rest day to adjust to the high altitude.

Visit the Gangotri Temple and take short acclimatization walks to Surya Kund.

Day 3 – Gangotri to Bhojkharak +

Trek begins with a steep climb through pine and birch (Bhojpatra) forests.

Day 4 – Bhojkharak to Kedarkharak +
